NEW TRAFFIC RULES

NO TURNS on Grand Street at Bowery. Turn down a smaller street before Bowery instead, or continue to Chrystie or Allen and then turn. If you're heading to the Manhattan Bridge, get on Canal or on Bowery without going to that intersection to do it.
WB 14th: No Left unto Second Ave (anytime). Use Third instead, and backtrack along side street if necessary. Or use Avenue A, or Broadway, or Fifth instead.
SB Park Ave: No Left unto 18th. Make Left at 20th or 16th instead and cut back on Irving Place.
WB 23rd: No Left unto Ninth Ave (anytime). From 8 Av use 25th. From Seventh use 21st.
EB 23rd: No Left unto First Ave (anytime). Use Third instead. Or take Second Ave to 22nd. Or past First Ave make a Left unto Asser Levy and Left unto 25th.
